MORPHO.AI provides digital tools for aesthetic and educational support: record creation, questionnaires, analysis preparation, results, and personal or professional workspace management.

Access requires an account. Users agree to provide accurate information and keep their credentials confidential.

A user may belong to several workspaces. In a professional workspace, the owner manages members, their roles and the records assigned to them.

The owner is responsible for invitations and access they grant. Every user must respect the rights of people whose records they prepare or review.

A user who adds photos or information about another person confirms they have the required permissions. An analysis using photos requires explicit consent in the flow.

Withdrawing consent prevents the relevant new uses. It cannot reverse a transfer already made to run an analysis previously requested.

Available plans, prices, currencies, billing periods, analysis limits and any employee limits are displayed in the application before payment. Plans may vary by country, currency and available provider.

Payment is processed by the provider presented at checkout. MORPHO.AI does not ask for card details on its own screens.

Applicable renewal, expiry, grace-period and cancellation rules are displayed with the selected plan and subscription information.

Cancellation or expiry may limit new analyses under the plan rules, without deleting results that remain available in the workspace.

Results, guidance, product categories and gestures have an aesthetic and educational purpose. They are not a medical or dermatological diagnosis or a treatment prescription.

Users remain responsible for the products they choose, their use and following product instructions. In case of a reaction or skin concern, they should seek advice from a qualified health professional.

These terms may change to account for a service, security, price or legal framework change. The applicable version is the one published at the time of use or subscription.
